A day course introducing a substantial resource for teaching Christianity for 11-16s, laying the foundations for excellent learning at 14+/GCSE and A Level. Teachers will also receive a copy of the excellent Understanding Christianity resource to support teaching about Christianity: Text Impact connections.

Herefordshire Primary RE Conference 2025

Launching the new Herefordshire RE Agreed Syllabus - a statutory requirement for all maintained schools without a religious character and it is recommended for all academies. Teachers of RE, RE subject leaders, headteachers, school leaders, governors can join Stephen Pett and Debbie Yeomans on Thursday 10 July 2025 at The Bishop of Hereford's Bluecoat School in Hereford.

Worcestershire and Herefordshire Secondary RE Conference 2025

Worcestershire and Herefordshire syllabuses have been updated and upgraded for 2025—2030. The revision takes account of national developments in RE since 2020, including the RE Council’s religion and worldviews approach, Ofsted’s three types of knowledge, including ‘ways of knowing’, and demographic changes. This conference gives an opportunity to see the revisions, consider ways of developing your curriculum in the light of changes, and share ideas with colleagues.
